Description VZServer™ is for real-time motion capture with two or more Visualeyez™ trackers (referred to as a multi-tracker system, or 'MTS '). It translates commands from a host computer (normally via VZSoft™), modifies them appropriately if necessary, and dispatches them to the trackers of the MTS. Then it collects data sets from all of the trackers, fuses them into one single set, and sends it out as the MTS output, normally to the VZSoft™ GUI. In order for VZServer™ to fuse the data sets appropriately, the positions and orientations of the slave trackers relative to the master tracker must first be derived. This process is referred to as 'multi-tracker system calibration', or simply 'calibration'. VZServer™ further provides functions for this calibration process.
